We are your representatives, helping you to comply with the terms of the contract you have signed for the property you have bought or sold. We coordinate between many stakeholders – the other party’s representative, the estate agent, your broker, your bank, your bank’s representatives, the Title’s Office, the State Revenue Office, the Council... all on your behalf.
