What does a conveyancer do?

At its simplest, Conveyancers are responsible for transferring the title of a property from one party to another at settlement. We are your representatives, helping you to comply with the terms of the contract you have signed for the property you have bought or sold. We coordinate between many stakeholders – the other party’s representative, the estate agent, your broker, your bank, your bank’s representatives, the Title’s Office, the State Revenue Office, the Council... all on your behalf.

We understand that most people only buy and sell houses a few times in their lifetime, and it can feel very overwhelming navigating what needs to be done, who to call, and meeting deadlines. It can also a very emotional time for various reasons. Our team know and understand that each property transaction represents more than just paperwork – so we partner with you to guide you through the process from contract to settlement, and answer any questions you have along the way. Our goal is to make the Conveyancing experience as seamless and stress free as possible for you.
